Cat-Cow
Instructions
- Start by getting into a tabletop position on your hands and knees, with your hands directly underneath your shoulders and your knees directly underneath your hips
- Inhale and arch your back and look up towards the ceiling, like a cow
- Exhale and round your back and tuck your chin towards your chest, like a cat
- Repeat this movement 5-10 times, inhaling and arching your back as you look up and exhaling and rounding your back as you tuck your chin
- When you're done, rest in a comfortable position
