Neck Rolls
Instructions
- Sit or stand up straight and relax your shoulders
- Slowly drop your chin towards your chest
- Gently roll your head from one side to the other
- Move your head slowly in a circular motion
- Do not move your head too quickly or too far
- Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat 2-3 times
