Neck Rolls


Instructions

  • Sit or stand up straight and relax your shoulders
  • Slowly drop your chin towards your chest
  • Gently roll your head from one side to the other
  • Move your head slowly in a circular motion
  • Do not move your head too quickly or too far
  • Hold the stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat 2-3 times
