Neck Stretch


Instructions

  • Begin by sitting or standing in an upright position
  • Gently tilt your head to one side, as if you were trying to touch your shoulder with your ear
  • Hold the position for 10-15 seconds, and then slowly return to the starting position
  • Repeat this stretch on the opposite side
  • To increase the stretch, you can gently press down on the side of your head with your hand
  • Make sure to keep your back straight and avoid bouncing or forcing the stretch
