Seated Wrist Stretch


Instructions

  • Sit up straight in a chair
  • Extend one arm straight out in front of you
  • Place the other hand on top of your extended arm, just below your elbow
  • Gently bend your extended arm at the wrist until you feel a gentle stretch in the forearm
  • Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds
  • Switch arms and repeat
