Instructions
- Sit or stand up straight
- Relax your neck and shoulders
- Gently roll your shoulders up, backwards, and down in a circular motion
- Repeat this motion 8-10 times
- Take deep breaths and focus on the stretch
- Make sure to keep your neck and spine straight throughout the exercise
