Shoulder Stretch


Instructions

  • Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Lift your right arm up to shoulder height and hold it straight out
  • Bend your right arm and place your right hand on the top of your back
  • Gently pull your right elbow with your left hand until you feel a stretch in your right shoulder
  • Hold for 15-30 seconds
  • Repeat on the other side
