Triceps Stretch


Instructions

  • Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
  • Reach one arm straight up above your head
  • Take the other hand and reach behind your head and grab the elbow of the arm that is above your head
  • Gently pull the elbow towards you until you feel a stretch in the back of your arm
  • Hold for 10 to 30 seconds
  • Switch arms and repeat the stretch
