Wall Calf Stretch


Instructions

  • Stand facing a wall with your arms outstretched
  • Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height
  • Step one foot back, keeping both feet flat on the ground
  • Lean into the wall, feeling a stretch in your calf
  • Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds
  • Release the stretch and repeat with the other leg
