Wall Calf Stretch
Instructions
- Stand facing a wall with your arms outstretched
- Place your hands on the wall at shoulder height
- Step one foot back, keeping both feet flat on the ground
- Lean into the wall, feeling a stretch in your calf
- Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds
- Release the stretch and repeat with the other leg
